You may place your order in person at the church office.
ORDER DAYS: 9 am – 4 pm on the following week-days:
during two weeks: Tuesday - Thursday, July 29th- 31st, OR Monday - Wednesday,
August 4th- 6th and from 1-4 pm on Thursday, August 7th.
(Those who need to order after 4 pm may do so on Wednesdays.)
Other order times and methods: After regular Sunday morning church services:
August 3rd OR 10th. All orders must be paid for when placed. You may wish to use our mail-in
order form which must be received, along with payment, in our office no later than Friday,
August 8, 2008. We accept Food Stamps (EBT). (Food Stamp orders must be made in
person at the office, 1102 W. Clifton St. on one of the order days and times listed above.
The person named on the food stamp card must sign the voucher when order is placed.)
Please Note that we cannot take food stamp orders on Fridays.
LAST DAY TO PLACE AND PAY FOR YOUR AUGUST ORDER AT THE OFFICE IS:
Thursday, August 7th between 1:00 and 4:00 pm.
DISTRIBUTION DAY IS SATURDAY, August 23, 2008, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
Regular orders may be placed for the next month on Distribution day in any month.
(Distribution day for July orders is Saturday, July 19th from 11:30 am-1 pm)
We also provide plastic containers for a one time deposit of $4 each (one for each
$30 box of food ordered) which you will bring with you when you come to pick up
your order each month. Or, you may prefer to bring you own sturdy container with
your name on it when you come to pick up your order.
Unclaimed food will be donated to others in need if not picked up at designated time and place.
Angel Food Ministries Reserves the Right to Substitute Any of the Above Items due To Availability, Cost and Quality.
